You will receive a ticket displaying the Viator or another partner’s logo for each Product you book, or you can choose to obtain a voucher from the Supplier (collectively, a “Ticket”). The pertinent Supplier is offering this ticket on its behalf. To access and print your Ticket, you will be sent to a secure webpage offered by Viator or another partner. As a result of some Bookings, you can receive an electronic Ticket in addition to or instead of a paper one.
You must give the relevant Supplier the original, valid Ticket in order to redeem your Product. Your Booking cannot be fulfilled or redeemed if there is no valid Ticket. To understand what the Supplier will expect in terms of Ticket presentation, make sure you read the terms and conditions that apply to your Booking.
To redeem your ticket, you must sign it and present a valid photo ID. This is done for security purposes.
In certain cases, a Supplier may also demand to see the credit card you used to purchase your product when you redeem it. Typically, this is used in reference to admission tickets for events and shows. You ought to be informed whether or not something is required at check-out.
