Itinerary
Normandy Your day trip begins with a 3-4 hour drive to France’s northwest coast. Enjoy the scenic landscapes before arriving at your first stop around 10 AM.
Omaha Beach (30 minutes) Learn about one of the toughest American landings and the events of June 6, 1944.
American Cemetery and Memorial (1 hour) Pay your respects in the serene American Cemetery, a humbling tribute to nearly 10,000 US military war dead.
Arromanches (1.5 hours) Enjoy free time for lunch and explore the historic remnants of the artificial harbor.
Longues-sur-Mer Battery (30 minutes) Visit the German coastal artillery battery, part of Germany’s Atlantic Wall coastal fortifications.
Juno Beach (30 minutes) Stop at the Juno Beach Center, a testament to the Canadian soldiers’ struggle to end Nazi tyranny.
Return to Paris, arriving at the departure point by 8:00 PM.
